  1. A Clear Way to Use a SuggestionClick the text field, then press Tab. Tab copies the visible prompt into an editable draft; it does not send. Space keeps its normal typing and page behavior.
  2. More Time to Read the HelperThe small guidance below the input stays visible; it no longer disappears on a timer. The client requested longer than ten seconds. Keeping it available is the proposed treatment in this example. Tab/Esc guidance appears when a rotating suggestion can be accepted.
  3. Consistent CapitalizationTitle Case applies across the interface: Gifting Concierge · Privacy Choices · Chat History · Most Gifted · Explore the Collection · Back to Start · Back to Latest · Add to Cart. Apply the same rule to menus, dialogs, statuses and action chips. Actual sentences stay in sentence case; the two Start from… sections keep the supplied wording.
  4. Complete Prompt CopyA gift for someone who loves hosting.

  5. Product Names Match the CardsCard titles and named products inside follow-up chips use ALL CAPS. Generic follow-up labels remain in Title Case; recommendation paragraphs retain their original wording.
  6. One Route to Earlier ConversationsBack to Start returns to the homepage. Chat History reopens an earlier conversation. The homepage no longer repeats Return to Conversation.
  7. Accurate Collection LabelsCards show the collection label captured from Assouline’s public product cards or product heading. The smaller collection label sits above the larger, uppercase book title. Both remain on one line; long text uses an ellipsis and exposes its full value on hover. Production should read the current featured-collection field.
  8. Concierge in the NavigationConcierge sits directly after Boutiques as a text-only control. The bell has been removed.

Privacy Choices now appears below the input in this example. Its preview dialog explains that consent preferences are managed on Assouline. Production must use the existing consent manager with this exact label; this review does not change privacy preferences.

About This Review

The proposed conversations use authored examples and a catalog snapshot. Current gift-wrap availability, stock, and the concierge backend still require verification in the real storefront. “Recreated reference” reproduces an observed layout, not the live old app.
